Claims
- When a breakdown occurs have the car taken to a workshop of your choice and report it to the Administrator’s claims department. (Telephone number is on the contract). The mechanic should then diagnose the fault, prepare a cost estimate for both labor and parts and phone the Administrator for authorization. This MUST be done before work is started.
- Claims will be paid on receipt of a signed work order when the repair is completed. Claims will be paid by credit card if the workshop so desires.
